NC State’s football game versus Pittsburgh on September 26th will kickoff at 3:30pm and will be televised by ESPN-U. The contest will mark the fourth consecutive home game for the Wolfpack.
The Wolfpack hasn’t played the Panthers during the regular season
since 1988, when Dick Sheridan’s squad won 14-3. The two teams played to a 14-14 tied at Carter-Finley Stadium in 1986. Overall, the teams have faced off eight times, including the 2001 Tangerine Bowl in Orlando.
Season tickets are being mailed out today. Two-game Mini-Packs are still on sale for the South Carolina/Murray State and Clemson/Gardner-Webb games, but a limited quality remains for the South Carolina Pack.
