“It feels like I jumped the gun (by committing to Virginia in June). This has really been a tough process. I know there were some people at Virginia who really cared about me, and telling them no was probably the hardest thing. But N.C. State is the best place for me to be, and I'm really excited about playing at an in-state school and seeing my family in the stands every week.”
This is a huge commitment for Coach Tom O'brien. Brosius is a 6'3" pro-style quarterback that also possesses decent speed and athleticism, running a 4.9 40-yard dash. Last season Brosius exploded for 2,356 passing yards accompanied by 27 touchdowns. ESPN believes that he has an "it" factor that is similar to that of Brett Favre, making plays in a variety of different ways.
Brosius is NC State's 14th commitment in the 2010 class. The addition of Brosius goes a long way in showing Coach O'Brien's determination to keep North Carolina's best players in-state and wearing the Red and White.

Any relation to the infamous yankee great Scott Brosious?
Outstanding news. Beat the in-state teams. Win the in-state recruits. Get more W's. Be consistent. Then do it again on a national level.
WPH, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Donte Moss at juco. Any chance he has another change of heart. I believe he grew up routing for the pack.
