NC State vs. Wake Forest By The Numbers

NC State is about to kickoff against their most historical foe. NC State and Wake Forest started off this rivalry back in 1895 in a game that must have been a thriller to watch, ending in a 4-4 tie (sarcasm intended). Today's match-up is the 103rd time that these two in-state rivals have faced off. Throughout 114 years of playing one another, NC State has won over half of the games. In a world of 'What have you done for me lately?' these two have split the last 10 match-ups right down the middle, winning 5 apiece. The Wolfpack will be looking to end a 3 game losing streak in Winston-Salem, winning their last game at BB&T Field back in 2001 ( 17-14).
